Course Description: Developers should think of themselves first and foremost as designers. They create environments that shape human interaction for decades. Sustainable real estate development is grounded in a set of design, planning, and economic principles that establishes the framework for project ideas, opportunities, and creativity.  This course will explore fundamental design principles and tools for strategic and economically viable real estate development.
