This guide aims to familiarize students with resources on color and color theory in design. The resources include books, journal articles, websites, and films that discuss either theoretical concepts, practical applications of color, or modern and contemporary examples of color usage in interior design and architecture. The guide features seven categories that relate to color: textbooks on color & design, color theory & color systems, the history of color, the science & psychology of color, architecture & color, interior design & color, and online resources.

Many of the resources included are available either in the BAC Library or online. However, please consult the links provided, as some of the material may be available through local libraries.
