The Highlights and Notes feature allows you to highlight text and add comments directly in the browser. To use the tool, simply start highlighting the text you would like to save with your cursor. A dialog box will then appear where you can select the highlight color and add notes. Once you have made your selections make sure to select the Save icon.
To see or export all your highlighted text and notes, select the Highlights and Notes icon in the top navigation menu.
On the Highlights and Notes page you can then download and print your saved text and notes. Either click on the Download icon to download a PDF or Print icon to open the print dialog box.
*Keep in mind that the Print and Download buttons on the article page will not include the highlights and notes you added.
As you can see from the print preview, the exported highlights and notes page will include only the saved text and notes, not the full article.
