If you’d like to do a more specific search (such as for creators or subjects), you can use the Advanced Search features.
If you are searching by date, make sure you selected “CE” for both start and end dates for current/contemporary architectural projects. The fields on the right side under Advanced Search are drop down menus that allow you to choose Creator, Title, Location, Subject, etc. as part of your keyword search. Below you can see that drop down menus were used to search for keywords in Title and Location.
In order to submit your advanced search, you'll need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.
Your search results might include more than architecture.
If that's the case, you can narrow your results further by using the left sidebar and choosing Architecture and City Planning. That will narrow your search results from over 1,800 images to, within this search, 267 images.
